September 4 (Friday): Brass Menazeri and Apple Pie Hopes play music for dancing at the Blue Macaw (formerly 12 Galaxies), 2565 Mission Street, at 22nd Street, San Francisco at 9:00 P.M. For more information visit http://www.brassmenazeri.com .

September 5-7 (Saturday – Monday): Belmont Greek Festival at Holy Cross Church, 900 Alameda de las Pulgas, at Ralston, Belmont from Noon to 10:00 P.M. September 5 (Saturday): Sausalito Greek Fiesta dinner dance with music provided by Orpheus, a fundraiser for the creation of a Greek Community Center, at IDESST Hall, 511 Caledonia, Sausalito at 7:00 P.M.  Admission is $45.00 in advance or $55.00 at the door and includes dinner with wine. September 6 (Sunday): International Folk Dance and Potluck Dinner at the California Alpine Club, 730 Panoramic Highway, Mt. Tamalpias, Marin County with the dancing starting at 2:00 P.M., the Happy Hour at 4:30 P.M., the potluck dinner at 5:30 P.M. and more dancing after that.  Admission is $5.00. September 12 (Saturday): Hungarian and Middle European Dancing with Emilia Istenes from Budapest,  This is a tentative free session planned for Saturday morning 10:00 A. September 13 (Saturday): Dance Israeli folk dances with Adama on the Solano Stroll, a street fair in Albany and Berkeley.  They will be at the corner of Solano and Colusa Streets between 2:00 – 4:00 P.M. September 13 (Sunday): Fiesta de Sonoma, presented by the Redwood Council of Folk Dance Clubs and sponsored by the Folk Dance Federation of California, at the Veteran’s Memorial Building, 126 – 1st Street West, Sonoma with a Federation Board meeting at 11:00 A.M. a luncheon to follow and dancing to recorded music from 1:30 to 4:30 P.M.  Admission is $8.00.
