September 1 - 3 (Saturday - Monday): Belmont Greek Festival at Holy Cross Church, 900 Alameda de Las Pulgas, at Ralston, Belmont. Music provided by Helios Greek Band. General admission is $5.00, Seniors and Youth (13-17) are $2.50 and children 12 and under are free with an adult. For more information call (650) 591-4447.

September 4 (Sunday): Summer Camps in Review, a review of dances taught at this year's Stockton and other folk dance camps at St. Bede's Church Hall,2650 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park from 2:30 to 7:30 P.M. Admissionis free to all Federation members and $10.00 for non-members. A pot-luck snack break is included. There will also be request dancing to your favorite camp dances. September 4 (Tuesdays): Intermediate Balkan Folk Dance classes begin at Santa Rosa Junion College. Cost is $54.00 for the 15 week class. For more information contact Marilyn Smith.

September 7 (Friday): The Hohlas Trio plays Greek music for dancing for for the Stanford International Folk Dancers at the First Baptist Church, Events Hall, 405 North California Street, Palo Alto from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. September 9 (Sunday): The Hohlax Trio from Greece play traditional Greek music for dancing and listening at the Occidental Center for the Arts, 3850 Doris Murphy Court, Occidental Bohemian Highway at Gratton Road, Occidental at 5:00 P.M. September 9 (Sunday): Eliyahu Sills, Issa Nessim, Bouchiab Abdelhadi and Faisal Zedan play Classical Ottoman/Turkish music and Folkloric music from Morocco at Subterranean Arthouse, 2169 Bancroft, Berkeley at 2:00 P.M. Admission is from $10.00 to $15:00 on a sliding scale.

September 12 (Wednesday): Inspector Gadje play music for listening and dancing at Yoshi's, 510 Embarcadero West, Jack London Square, Oakland at 8:00 P.M. Admission is $12.00.

September 15 (Saturday): Dalmatinska Noc 2012 at the Croatian American Cultural Center, 60 Onondaga St., at Alemany, San Francisco from 5:30 P.M. until? Dinner provided. Music for dancing by Gurpa TNT. Dinner and dance is $40.00 for Adults, $25.00 for Youth (13-18), $15.00 for children (6 -12) and children under six are free. September 15 & 16 (Saturday & Sunday): Santa Rosa Glendi International Food Fair with music for dancing proviced by Gradina, Edessa and the Helladelics at St. Seraphim Orthodox Church, 90 Mountain View Avenue, Santa Rosa. September 15 (Saturday): Peninsula Council Folk Dance Party with an advanced dance pre-party workshop with John Nicoara teaching Krivo Sadovsko Horo followed by an all-request dance party MC'd by Loui Tucker at St. Bede's Church Hall, 2650 Sant Hill Road, Menlo Park with the workshop from 7:15 to 8:00 P.M. and the party from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. September 16 (Sunday): First day for the school year for the Bulgarian Arts School Martenichei at 1422 Navellier Street, El cerrito from 2:00 to 5:30 P.M. This Bulgarian song, dance and cultural school will meet every Sunday and takes children from three up. Tuition is $100 per month and less for additional children. September 22 (Saturday): Bulgarian Festival at the County Fair Building (Hall of Flowers), 1199 - 9th Avenue, Golden Gate Park, San Francisco from 1:00 to 6:00 P.M.
