November 2 (Friday): Folk dance party to taped music at Jessie Jeans Coffee Beans, 1426 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa from 6:00 to 10:00 P.M. Admission is free.

November 3 (Saturday): Edessa and Anoush to play music for dancing at Ashkenaz, 1317 San Pablo Avenue at Gilman, Berkeley. There will be teaching by Joe Graziosi at 7:30:00 P.M. and the music starts at 9:00 P.M. Admission is $11.00. For more information call (510) 632-3713.

November 3 (Saturday): Born to Drone to perform a house concert of traditional vocal music from Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia and Russia , featuring Ellyn Bush on accordion, Sue Lindner on tambura and percussionist Randy Trigg at 8:00 P.M. in Half Moon Bay.
