June 4 - 25 (Wednesdays): Start of a new Greek Folk Dance/Circle Dance series taught by Kristalli Papadopoulos at the San Rafael Community Center, 618 B-Street, San Rafael from 7:30 to 9:00 P.M. June 9 (Monday): Balkan Dance Cabal with Nadav Nur reviewing recently taught dances at the BAck studio at Ashkenaz, 1317 San Pablo Avenue, at Gilman, Berkeley from 7:30 to 9:30 P.M. Admission is $5.00. For more information contact Richard at (510) 524-3611.

June 9 (Friday): Tom Hill to teach introductory Rotary Waltz, Cha-Cha and Tokyo polka line dance Live music will be provided by Decadance also Diane Nesom will dj waltzes and polkas for the Friday Night Waltz group at First United Methodist Church, upstairs, Fellowship Hall, 625 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto from 7:00 P.M. to Midnight. Admission is $12.00 for both classes and the dance, $8.00 for the dance only and $8.00 for students. No partner necessary. All ages welcome. June 13 (Friday): Berkeley Balkan Bacchanal present music by Janam, Sabaya, and Incognito Express at the Starry Plough, 3101 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley at 9:00 P.M. Admission is $10.00 to $15.00 on a sliding scale at the door and $8.00 in advance.

June 15 (Sunday): Da! Mozhem and Nema Problema Chorale perform at the Palo Alto Music Day on Ramona Street, Near University, in front of City Bank in Palo Alto from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. Also Dancers On Call will perform during their break. Admission is free.

Mozhem! and Nema Problema Chorale perform at the San Francisco Free Folk Festival at Presidio Middle School, 450 - 30th Avenue, at Geary Blvd., San Francisco with teaching of Serbian and Bulgarian dances to live music from 4:00 to 5:00 P.M. and an Intenational dance party from 8:00 to 10:00 P.M. Admission is free.

June 21 (Saturday): Join Helene Eriksen and the Bay Area Anar Dana Project in a potluck and study of Tunisian Dance at a private home in San Jose from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Music provided by True Life Trio, Gari Hegedus and Top Secret Balkan Brass Band. Admission is $20.00 and additional donations are appreciated. Please email True Life Trio for reservations as space is limited.

June 28 (Saturday): The Movable Feet Club present a Folk Dance Party at St. Bede's Church Hall, 2650 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park from 7:00 to 11:00 P.M. Denise Heenan will teach Good Man of Cambridge and Craig Blackstone will teach and walk through ten featured dances. Admission is $7.00. The theme is United Kingdom. Bring a snack to share.
