June 1 (Saturday): S.F. Kolo Festival Fundraiser to raise funds so we can have this year's Kolo Festival with music provided by Trio Julum and others, at Saint Mark's Episcopal Church, 600 Colorado Avenue, Palo Alto from 7:00 to 11:00 P.M. June 1 (Saturday): Art Reception of Biliana Stremska's Art: Illustrations o Bulgarian Folk Songs and Celebratory Rilyankas at Sweet Adeline, 3350 Adeline Street at 63rd Street, Berkeley from 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. June 1 (Saturday): Armenian Festival with Armenian Folkshons and Dances workshop with Hasmik at St. Vartan Armenian Church. 650 Spruce Street, Oakland with the festival from 5:30 to 10:00 P.M. and the music and workshops from 8:00 to 10:00 P.M. Admissiomn is $15.00.

June 2 (Sunday): MWE CD Release party with DJ Zeljko, Jill Parker, Elizabeth Strong and Mira Betz at 50 Mason Street Social House, San Francisco at 9:00 P.M.

June 6 (Thursday): Fanfare Zambaleta and True Life Trio play music for dancing and a dance lesson by Jerry Duke at Ashkenaz, 1317 San Pablo Avenue, at Gilman, Berkeley with a lesson at 8:00 P.M. and the dancing starts at 8:30 P.M. Admission is $12.00. For more information call (510) 525-5054.

June 7 (Friday): Stanford International Dancers present a Greek dance party with live music by Agapi Mou at the First Baptist Church, Event Hall, 305 N. California Avenue, Palo Alto from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. Admission is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for Students. Children are free. Schedule will include recreational and request dancing. June 8 (Saturday): It Takes Two Couples Workshop at St. Bede's Church, Sand Hill Road, at Monte Rosso, Menlo Park with the workshop by Richard Powers and Mirage Marrow and Todd Wagner and Sarah Tull from Noon to 6:00 p.M., Potluck Dinner from 6:00 to 7:16 P.M. and Dance Party from 7:15 to 10:45 P.M. June 15 (Saturday): The Palomanians host an Ice Cream Social and International Folk Dance Party at St. Bede's Church, 2650 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park with a dance lesson by Adony from 7:15 to 8:00 P.M. and all request party from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. June 20 (Thursday): Berkeley Balkan BAcchanal featuring the music of Disciples of Markos, Veretski Pass, and Balkalicious Fire Drive at the Starry Plough, 3101 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley at 9:00 P.M. Admission is $8.00 to $12.00 on a sliding scale.

June 21 (Friday): Beyond the Borders, music by artists from the Balkans and USA perform together at the Croatian American Cultural Center, 60 Onondaga, at Alemany, San Francisco at 7:00 P.M. There will be a concert followed by dancing. Ethnic food available. Admission is $15.00 or $10.00 in in advance. For more information call (510) 649-0941

June 22 (Saturday): Agapi Mou trio to play at the Berkeley World Music Festival at The Village, 2556 Telegraph Avenue, between Blake and Parker, Berkeley from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. Admission to the festival is free.

June 28 (Friday): Paul Csonka and Helen Lu teach cross Setp Nedley and Lindy Playground also Lewis and Cam will dj waltzes and polkas for the Friday Night Waltz group at First United Methodist Church, upstairs, Fellowship Hall, 625 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto from 7:00 P.M. to Midnight. Admission is $12.00 for both classes and the dance, $8.00 for the dance only and $8.00 for students. No partner necessary. All ages welcome. June 29 (Saturday): New Dancers Festival at Sunnyvale Community Cwnter, Presidential Ballroom, 550 E. Remington Avenue, Sunnyvale from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. Admission is free. For more information contact Loui Tucker.
