February 4 (Wednesday): Nada Lewis and Jon Schreiber play music for listening and dancing at Le Bareau Ivre, 2629 Telegraph Avenue, Berkeley; doors open at 5:00 P.M. and the music goes from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. There is no cover charge.

February 8 (Sunday): The Berkeley Folk Dancers present the 67th Annual Festival of the Oaks at Live Oak Park Community Center, 1301 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley with registration at 9:00 A.M., an institute with Carol Friedman from 9:30 to Noon, lunch and a meeting from Noon to 1:00 P.M. and dancing from 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. Admission is $12.00 for institute and dancing or $20.00 for both and lunch is $5.00. There will be free refreshments from 1:30 to 4:30 P.M. February 14 & 15 (Saturday & Sunday): 16th Annual San Francisco Tamburitza Festival at the Croatian American Cultural Center, 60 Onondaga, at Alemany, San Francisco with dancing to live music by Snovi starting at 7:30 P.M. on Saturday and a concert, Kolos and a sing-a-long on Sunday from Noon to 5:00 P.M.
February 14 (Saturday): Peninsula Council Folk Dance Party at St. Bede's Church Hall, Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park with a pre-party workshop by Kaela Fine teaching Gul Ailye and Changulovo Oro from 7:15 to 8:00 P.M. and all request dancing from 8:00 to 10:45 P.M. Admission is $10.00. Bring snacks to share. Parking is now $4.00. This will be the Cabrillo Folk Dancers last meeting at this venue. They are searching for a new venue.
