December 4 (Friday): The Stanford International Folk Dancers host a dance party with Balkan music provided by Bill Cope and friends at the First Baptist Church, 305 N. California Avenue, Palo Alto from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. Admission is $10.00 and $5.00 for students. Bring snacks and beverages to share. December 5 (Saturday): Palomanians annual Pie and Ice Cream Folk Dance Party at St. Bede's Church Hall, 2650 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park from 7:30 to 10:30 P.M. Admission is $7.00. Denise Heenan will MC this all=request party and Vercernica will play for 45 minutes. Refreshments will be provided. For more information contact Hiollis.

December 6 (Sunday): Salkanskt featuring Theodosii Spassov Bulgarian Band play at Croatian American Cultural Center, 60 Onondaga, at Alemany, San Francisco at 7:30 P.M. Bulgarian Dinner, deserts, soft drinks and alcolol will be available.

December 6 (Sunday): Palomanians Annual Pie and Ice Cream Folk Dance Party with live music by Vercernica at St. Bede's Church Hall, 2650 Sand Hill Road, Menlo Park from 7:30 to 10:30 P.M. Admission is $7.00. For more information click here.

December 11 (Friday): Berkeley Balkan Bacchanal with music by Balkalicious Fire Drive, Edessa and Mano Cherga at The Starry Plough, 3102 Shattuck Avenue, Berkeley at 9:00 P.M. Admission is $10.00 to $15.00 on a sliding scale at the door.

December 11 (Friday): Richard Powers and Angela Amarillas will teach favorites from 2015 and Movie Waltzing and Tom Hill will teach Introductory Waltz also, Richard will DJ Waltzes and Polkas for the Friday Night Waltz group at First United Methodist Church, upstairs, Fellowship Hall, 625 Hamilton Avenue, Palo Alto from 7:00 P.M. to Midnight. Admission is $12.00 for both classes and the dance, $8.00 for the dance only and $8.00 for students. No partner necessary. All ages welcome. December 11 (Friday): Kopachka Folk Dancers present a special guest teaching by Caroline Simmonds at Strawberry Recreation Center, 118 East Strawberry Drive, Mill Valley with teaching from 7:30 to 8:30 P.M. and dancing from 8:30 to 10:30 P.M. December 12 (Saturday): Razzmatazz Christmas folk dance party with live music at Monroe Hall, 1400 W. College Avenue, Santa Rosa from 7:30 to 10:30 P.M. Admission is $5.00 and children are free. Bring tips for the musicians and snacks to share.

December 12 (Saturday): Moveable Feet Club Post-Kolo Bash reviewing Kolo Festival taught dances retaught by Davida Munkres, Kaela Fine and Nadav Nur, alternated with requests MC'd by Loui Tucker and Lucy Chang at First Baptist Church, 305 North California Avenue, Palo Alto from 7:00 to 11:00 P.M. December 12 (Saturday): Sixth Annual Holiday Concert with Community Dance with Maureen Atkins, Margaret Davis and Kristoph Klover at All Saints Episcopal Church, 911 Dowling Blvd., San Leandro at 3:00 P.M. December 13 (Sunday): Sacred Circle Dancing at Hillside Community Church, El Cerrito with a potluck at 6:30 P.M. and dancing from 7:30 to 9:30 P.M. Admission is $5.00.

December 14 (Monday): Petaluma Holiday Folk dance Party with live music by Da! Mozhem at Herman Sons Hall, 850 Western Avenue, Petaluma from 7:00 to 9:30 P.M. Admission is $10.00. For more information contact Carol Friedman at (415) 663-9512.

December 19 (Saturday): Pacifica Circle Dancing Holiday Potluck at Pacifica Main Library, 104 Hilton Way, Pacifica from 6:30 to 9:00 P.M. Admission is free but bring a potluck dish or non-alcoholic beverage. For more information contact Cheryl Fulton.
