April 3 (Friday): International Roma Day at the Croatian American Cultural Center, 60 Onondaga Avenue, at Alemany, San Francisco with a Romani dance and song workshop with Rumen Shopov and friends from 4:00 to 5:30 P.M. and dancing at 7:30 P.M.  Admission is $15.00 and kids under 12 are free.  There will be an after-party at Bollyood Café!, 3372 – 19th Street, at Mission, San Francisco with DJ Jeliko followed by the band (separate charge). April 24 (Friday): Kopachka International Folk Dancers party at Scout Hall, 177 E. Blithedale, Mill Valley. Music provided by Da!Mozhem (formerly Pochti Gotov) from 8:00 to 11:00 PM. April 24 & 25 (Friday & Saturday): Cabrillo Folk dancing, celebrating its fortieth anniversary,  with multiple bands, singing, dancing, door prizes on Friday at Cabrillo College, Gym dance studio 1117, Aptos from 7:30 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.  admission is $10.00 for one day or $15.00 for both.  Also on Saturday there will be more at Live Oak Grange, 1900 – 17th Avenue, Santa Cruz from 2:00 to 11:00 P.M.  Admission is $10.00 or $5.00 if attending both.  For more information send email to .
