April 6 (Wednesday): The Helladelics play mostly Greek music for dancing at DiscoVolante, 347 - 14th Street, between Harrison and Webster, Oakland at 9:00 P.M. This is a bar venue. For more information call (510) 663-0271.

April 8 (Friday): Hasmik Harutyunyan teaches an Armenian dance workshop for the Stanford Folk Dancers,305 Northe California Avenue, Palo Alto from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M. Admision is $15.00. For more information contact Ginny Snyder.

April 9 (Saturday): Agapi Mou to play at The Buttery, 700 Soquel Avenue, Santa Cruz from 10:00 A.M.to Noon. Have a bit of breakfast and coffee with your music. For more information contact Alan.

April 10 (Sunday): Festival of the Mandolins at the Croatian American Cultural Center, 60 Onondaga, at Alemany, San Francisco with workshops starting at 9:30 A.M. and performances starting at 1:00 P.M. April 13 (Wednesday}: Janam and Brass Memazeri play at Diciples of Markos play music from Greece and beyond for dancing at Ashkenaz, 1317 San Pablo Avenue, at Gilman, Berkeley with a lesson by Jerry Duke at 7:30 P.M. and the music starts at 8:30 P.M.

April 15 (Friday): Real Vocal String Quartet perform "Girls in Trouble" based on women in the Old Testament at Subterranean Art House, 2179 Bancroft Way, Berkeley at 9:00 P.M. Admission is $10.00 to $20.00.

April 15 (Friday): Da! Mozhem to play music for dancing at Changs' Family Folk Dance and Party Night at Lincoln Prewbyterian Church, 417 - 31st Avenue, at Clement, San Francisco from 7:20 P.M. to 10:30 P.M. Family night is until about 8:15 P.M. Admission is from $5.00 to $10.00. Bring some snacks to share for a post-dancing potluck. April 16 (Saturday): Annual Petaluma Folk Dance Party, presented by the Petaluma Snap-y Dancers, at Herman Sons Hall, 860 Western Avenue, Petaluma from 8:00 to 11:00 P.M.
